Rosita Marino
Marino is from Spezzano and self taught. She enjoys weaving on old looms. Curtains, tablecloths, shawls, cradle blankets and other delicate creations which she has produced are always on show during the summer exhibitions.
Franco Oriolo is also a well-known local handicraftsman who revels in producing small statues using the disparate materials he finds in his garage such as metal sheets, bolts and so on which he welds together. “The Calabrian brigand” and “Don Chisciotte” are two of his favourite characters.

Here again we find a young artist who uses her skills to produce fine objects. She has a diploma from the art institute where she learned the art of painting on fabric and glass. She generally prefers floral designs.
